types of therapy.
1.
cognitive behavioral therapy: (cbt) repeated behaviors inside the brain that rewire and refocus the brain into thinking and finally believing a certain trait to be true to yourself. repeat repeat repeat. you looking at yourself in the mirror - talking to yourself. one on one. inside the brain.
2.
dialectical behavioral therapy: (dbt) soothing your body into a different emotion. touching your flesh and moving towards and forward a new and better feeling emotion. self-satisfying your body to not release negative emotions or thoughts outside the body. caressing your body.
dialectical behavioral therapy: (2) tap tap tap. baby taps. tapping your temples to reawaken and reform the part of your brain that needs light from the sun.

psychodynamic therapy: (normal therapy) sitting one on one with another human being to release your inner thoughts about your experiences from various time frames.

humanistic therapy: who are you? after being molested as a child. realizing you are a person that is capable of feeling love. deserving of love and being able to be touched. touch me with love and not hurt. touch me, love me and feel me as a person not a victim of a hurt i didn’t ask for. i am human and i need to be loved.

humanistic therapy: (2) seeing yourself as a whole. looking back into the past and witnessing your past life and the way you were hurt and releasing it into the air. replacing those memories with happier memories that will bring light. light that will replace the hurt with joy if adopted correctly, if you walk by the light and for the light. those memories will be erased and replaced.
6.
holistic therapy: let’s sit and mediate on life. the therapy you learn from the previous steps will come together and you will cry the pain. the hurt that the world doesn’t need to know. mediate, talk to the brain and let the universe decide how the following steps of your life will unfold. golden steps to the high heaven or backward steps to the lowest low. only the universe will decide. be of air, be of light, be of sun not moon.
7.
eye movement desensitization and reprocessing: (emdr) my favorite type of therapy. move around the eyes like crazy and you’ll see what you need work on. the light you get from the sun will bring out the darkness around you so you can begin to work on becoming a better person.
